If your order is placed by 1PM in the time zone where your floral arrangement will be delivered, we can offer same day delivery Monday through Saturday. We do not offer same-day delivery services on Sunday or certain holidays.
2 Do you deliver to (city, state)?
We deliver to 98% of the United States and Canada. To ensure that we offer delivery in your recipient's area, please enter their zip code on the first page of the checkout screen. If we cannot deliver the order on your behalf, you will be notified by a popup message immediately after entering the zip code. Again, we deliver to over 98% of the US and Canada with only the most rural of destinations unavailable.
3 Do you deliver directly to hospitals and funeral homes?
Our nationwide teams of local florists specialize in delivering to hospitals and funeral homes. In most cases, they are located almost within walking distance of these establishments and it's why we can always offer fast, friendly delivery of your arrangement or bouquet.
4 Can you deliver to churches, private residences, businesses and/or reception halls?
Our delivery specialists deliver to both homes and businesses daily so this will not be a problem as long as your recipient's zip code is accepted during the ordering process.
5 Can I have flowers sent to someone in another part of the US or Canada through your website?
That's not a problem at all because we work alongside two of the nation´s largest floral networks to meet your needs throughout North America. As long as you have your recipient's address and zip code, we can deliver the arrangement today if the order is placed by 1PM where the florist is located.
6 Can I give the florist special instructions for this delivery?
Absolutely. On the "Delivery Information" page (which is the 2nd screen in the checkout process), simply use the box labeled "Optional: Special Delivery Instructions" to convey any messages directly to the florist. This is a great place to put hospital room numbers, color preferences, or any type of specific requirements.
7 Can I combine one or more floral arrangements on your website to make a one-of-a-kind bouquet?
Definitely! If you wanted to combine a popular bouquet with a teddy bear, some chocolates, and a few balloons, for example, then simply add each of these selections to your cart and tell the florist under "Optional: Special Delivery Instructions" to combine these items into one beautiful gift. We do this for our clients all of the time and it is not a problem at all.
8 Can I substitute certain flowers/colors inside an arrangement or are these bouquets only available exactly as described on the website?
We do not recommend it but feel free to make a request under the "Optional: Special Delivery Instructions" and the local florist will do their best to comply with your request. With thousands of stunning bouquets on our website, however, you'd be better off selecting a different arrangement to ensure that your delivery is not delayed.
9 What happens if I purchase a bouquet and my recipient is unexpectedly released from the hospital or changes rooms before it arrives?
Don't panic; this happens all of the time and our florists will simply give you or your recipient a call to ask for further instructions. In most cases, it can be delivered to their home or their office as well as long as it's within the local area.
10 Are you guaranteed to have the flowers I order in stock for same-day delivery?
Our system automatically checks the availability of each local florist before finalizing your order to make sure that they have the necessary blooms in stock. If for any reason they have to substitute certain flowers, however, they will use very similar blossoms to create the same look, shape style, and size of your original purchase.
11 What if something goes wrong with my order? What can I do?
Simply call the customer service number listed on your receipt (that's automatically sent to your inbox) or use our website's Contact page to send an email. Our specialists will gladly help you in any way that they can.
